Hey Allen there is this website called  www.zazzle.com where you can up load shirt designs and logos and they will make them for you and it gives you an outlet to sell to others, you also make a % of sales on your designs. Check it out just a thought.

Cafepress is far more popular, and it looks to have tons more options, including discounts if you buy your own designs in bulk, and incentives when you sell a certain amount.  My sister has an account with them, and ends up making about $100 a month or so from her various designs.  She has a much bigger market then us though, that being school teachers.

Cafepress is the other site I heard about, haven't checked it out yet though. Guess I should. either way, kind of cool.
