Hit it at the crack of dawn and fished till noon, had a nice pic-nic on the beach with my wife.  Perfect weather, perfect tides.  Had my rig right I think, Bait spreader, 12 oz of liead ball at the bottom and about a 24 inch leader, lost one bait, might of been crabs who knows, I was out there with the boats.  Maybe next time :-[
