While we were out Halibut fishing near Dallas Bank/Protection Island on Sat we heard a report of a capsized boat off Camano Island. The winds were strong where we were but by Camano I guess some waves hit the overloaded boat(5 folks on an 18' rig) and most had their PFD's on the seats. One 60 yr old died and a 13 yr old was submerged for around 40 min. and is in bad shape at the hospital. You all know the drill by now.
Be prepared and wear and carry all safety equipment. Let's STAY ALIVE!!
