Gander Mountain frequently runs a "$20 off $100 and $50 off $250" coupon.  The last one I saw was Memorial Day weekend.  The next might be around Father's Day.  If you used one of these it would be like buying the HX851 for $200 and receiving $50 of misc fishing/boating gear for free.  GM usually has good deals in their fishing and boating closeout sections.

Great find snopro.  Not sure if West Marine matches 'sale prices' but they do match internet prices if you need to have a new toy today.  As an owner of one of them I will say that they have many features I will most likely not use but some that are awesome and that is the reason for my choice.  On a side note, they are a tad bit fragile.  Was wheeling my tub from the garage to put in the river when mine slipped from my belt.  Not a far drop but the antenna is definitely askew.  Purchased the extended warranty but that is operator error in my mind.  Have not made a call from it yet but the only drop knocked out my GPS till reboot but no issues after that.

Nice work. I just may have to pull the trigger on that.
