I would like to thank all of our sponsors and everyone that helped out. Beer was good, company was better. Cant wait for next year!

I would also like to apologize about the pepper spray smoke my Kalbi made while grilling!  :violent5:

I will have a write up on my prize maybe by the end of this week, as I will try and use it and compair it to the one I already have.

I almost forgot to say Thank You to INSAYN and Mrs. INSAYN.

Craig did an awesome job on both organizing and cooking for the Fish Taco Bar and his wife (sorry, I suck at names) played diligent den mother to all the spent souls checking in their fish.

You guys really helped make it special this year.

-Mark-

Thanks Mark!

It was definetely a bigger task than my feable mind projected, but we made it happen.  Many stuffed bellies for sure!
I'd like to share the credit with my kitchen staff.  Dino cubing up the fish, DTS slaying the tortilla's on the Discada, Browneyesvictim (and his wife) making the fresh hard shells, Bluewrx02 for smoking us out down there with his "bear spray" meat marinade.
And everyone that chipped in to help get us rolling.  Once we had a routine going it was off the hook.  We had some crazy conversation going on down there on deck.  :o

As for the weigh in, those 3 ladies (Lee's girlfriend, Mrs. DTS, and my wife Mrs. INSAYN) did a great job manning the scale, and they  already have plans on how to improve on it for next year.  With that, I'd venture to guess that they are volunteering themselves this time.  ;)

Spot, Pole' Pole', and everyone else that worked behind the scenes to make this happen, chock up another successful year!
Can't wait till ORC 2012

And big props to our current sponsors for kicking down those great prizes.

Thanks to you all for making this a great event. 1st time at ORC for me.  :wav:

Give a shout out to Ninkasi if you liked their beer. http://www.facebook.com/NinkasiBrewing/posts/232253020133742#!/NinkasiBrewing
They were happy to provide & Nicole was very personable & easy to work with. Best dang beer in the country, imo.  :occasion14:

Big Hammer is the only swim bait I'm going to use from now on. Also appreciate the Hook One shirt & NWKA tee (thanks Allen).  Got back last nite. Post my few pics later. Gotta get the keg back. Think I'll post a poll for making Ninkasi the preferred beer of the NWKA ORC.

Congrats to John on his win! Biggest dang cabbie I've ever seen! Looking forward to next year already!

Paul

Big Thanks to all the sponsors that made ORC 2011 a success.  Those Big  Hammers sure are pretty.  I hoarded mine, was too afraid of losing them to use them on Saturday.  Going to place a bulk order for them today.
