Halibut trip close to Anchor Point

There is a nice beach access here at mile 127, where we are staying.  There are also commercial net bouys.  Are there restictions, regulations, or common sense rules about fishing in commercial areas?

Just make sure you read and then re-read the regulations! Its a pain in the butt to see people break the rules because they didn't read the regs. or look up the emergency orders.

I hope you have had a chance to get some fish. I am looking forward to my next 2 weeks off. I will have about 4 days to fish for halibut, kings and cod either at seward or homer. And hopefully get in the middle of the red run on the kenai. Those 4 days are going to fly by! Good luck and later
