Trident 15™ Angler and Prowler 15T™ Angler

I am looking for my first SOT. I am looking for a 14 to 16 footer.
My shot list is the Tarpon 140 or 160 or an OK Trident 15 or Prowler 15T.
My big questen is.....what's the difference between the Trident 15  Angler and Prowler 15T  Angler.

They look like the same kayak on the top with a slightly differant bottom.

Rod Pod and Sonar Shield on the Trident are good features if you need them. The absence of these on the Tarpon probably give you a little more storage below deck, but less access to it. Depends on where and how you fish. If you surf launch the rod pod is good piece of mind, knowing your rods and other gear is below deck and won't end up as a surf yard sale.

I am now one step closer to joining you guys out in the ocean. I pickup a Blue Tarpon 140 today.

Also I need to thank Nate at Next Adventure for telling me about the Hobie line. They are great kayaks but out of my budget.
