As many know, I picked up a bunch of gear from Sequim Salty when he decided to stop kayak fishing so I am selling my Malibu X-Factor. For technical specs on the X-Factor go to http://www.malibukayaks.com/kayak_xFactor.asp . It is perfect for salt water with a wide beam and 625# load capacity. I am also including a paddle and seat. I bought the kayak from a guy from California who built a homemade (like from a Home Depot bucket) bait bucket complete with pump. I have never used it but will certainly include it. Sequim Salty gave me a great deal so I want to "pay it forward." The price for everything is $450. I also have a fishfinder, a VHF marine radio and a cart that could be available to someone buying the kayak. Pictures below.
P.S. I know there is a classified section this will be moved to but I wasn't sure it would appear in Recent if I started it there. Apologies if the protocol was wrong.

It's no big deal but just so you know, the posts in classifieds appear in recents and unread  just as normal  topics do.

You should do a write up on how that bait bucket works, looks pretty cool.
See ya on the water..

Thanks for the info about postings CBY - I didn't include much on the bait bucket because I never used it and couldn't comment on performance. Basically, he tool a Home Depot bucket and cut holes about a third of the way from the top and installed an intake and outflow connector. He then attached some tubing to a simple bilge pump that he put overboard from time to time and filled the bucket with new water while the overflow went out the other side. (Screened hole of course to keep bait in). He took the bucket top and cut 7/8th around a circle so he could stick his hand in without taking the top off. Pretty simple but he swore it worked great for holding live sardines and other bait they used in NCal.

Hmm... I recognize a couple of things(besides the seat) that indicate where that kayak is from.  ;)  That's a great deal!
