Newly registered???

I'm having some problems with the forum outgoing mailer.  When you register for an account, the forum is supposed to send you an email for verification.  But since the outgoing mailer is having problems, the verification mail never gets sent.  I'm taking down the requirement for email verification until I get the outgoing mailer issue solved.  I've manually verified those that have registered recently so your accounts should be good to go.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Other email features like email notification are probably messed up as well right now.  I'm trying to figure out the problem and fix it.
