I posted on " Don't ask me how I know" when I lost $100 worth of spinners and flys on my last Willy yak adventure.  I also stated that my yak cart came apart on me. With in a short time Nat had sent me a PM and directed me to bring in my broken frame to Next Adventure and he would swap it out. I don't now about anyone else but customer service is a big deal with me and Nat and Next Adventure went above and beyond the call of duty. Nat told me that he would have a frame set a side for me to replace my broken one and my set of Turbo fins. On Sunday when I made it over to Next Adventure my frame and fins were waiting for me just like Nat said they would be. Not one question was asked as to how the frame broke they just handed me the replacement . I tip my hat to Nat and Next Adventure. I could go someware else and buy my stuff but I doubt that I would receive such great service. I know that others have the same stories to tell and praises to a great shop and staff. Keep up the good work and many deep heart felt thanks.

Yes but did he retrieve your spinners for you?

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.  --Mark Twain

He asked if I wanted him to but I figured it would make the fishing gods mad to take away what they demanded. :spittake:
