Went out into the drizzle with NU2kayaks at Point Robinson on Vashon Island,   we lashed the sound to a froth without a bite.  Saw one silver jump twice, looked to be about 8-10 pounds.  NU2 was testing her new Humminbird 570, it worked very well.  It was a bit foggy, but no GPS needed, as we took the boats out a big sea lion was thrashing a salmon, just to show us who's boss.  Nice to get out for a couple hours, but it would be nice to hook up with  a couple silvers!!
Never underestimate the ability of our policymakers to fail to devise and implement intelligent policy
