or maybe Alsea bay crab. I don't have family shit cause I'm last of my Mohican's. Uncle bought a refrigerator I need to deliver to DB. I got a lamb roast I'm going to cram in the crock pot. I plan on Irish coffee in the AM, then graduate to stiffer stuff later.

Anybody else that wants to try for fresh seafood on X-mas eve morning on the Central Coast shoot me a pm.

Red dog are you hanging around?

Put in at Chinook Bend, went down river and anchored up, then trolled around until around 2PM. I was marking a few fish here and there, but not even a bite, but what a beautiful day. Had the entire river to myself. The only boat exhaust I smelled was on the ramp pulling out. I went out to the end of the dock to say Merry Christmas, a fur seal popped up between us, I mimed like I was squeezing off rounds from a 9mm, he mimed like he was drawing back his bow.

42 degrees at launch, sunny all day. Not even hardly any traffic up to Siletz, but for the occasional UPS truck.

If you were in a mall listening to women cackle on their cell phones, getting choked by Kim Kardashian perfume, I feel sorry for ya.

First time in 5 years or so that I pulled out the fly rod, it brought back good memories. I also filled the tankwell with debris, trying to score karma points for '12.

That looks beautiful. The upper reaches will be good for bank fishing once it rains if anybody does that. (I do.)
