Kayak registration in Wa. state

I'am considering an electric motor for my Cobra Fish n Dive and I noticed in some states it's required to register like a regular motorboat. Anyone know if that stands the same in Wa. state?  Thanks, Joe

basically once you put a motor on it, you have to go thru all the red tape a normal vessel would.
