Good to hear of another kayaker in this area.   If you are looking for a good place  to get your feet wet with the new Kayak,  come up here to Tapps.    With the water low, no one can launch their regular boats so no competition on the water.   I have been wanting to hit the water to practice with a rudder for the first time myself.    Can always toss a few lures out for the Tiger Muskies also
