Thanks Demonic.  These images really help clear up some questions about the underwater terrain.  Pretty dramatic drawdown. Hope the long term effects aren't too damaging to the fish population.

The word today from a buddy who is based at Electric City is: Banks Lake is now back to normal elevation, Bureau of Rec. has sped up the refilling due to early completion of construction projects that required draw down. 

I do agree the photos are interesting for bottom topography.  I wonder if the draw down got rid of any of the carp?  I'd guess no, since the carp are probably hardier than the other resident species.

Thanks D. Never fished it before but I love Bass fishing. My wife's son/family live in Coulee City so maybe i can get some good info and since it's a huge lake, maybe a
ride/tow to some good bass structure.
