I think your only option if you are in south central Alaska is to hook up with Chris at liquid adventures in Seward. He has Ocean Kayaks. Not too many places that even sell sit on tops if that's what you are looking for.

I was in Alaska Raft and Kayak the other day. He had one Hobie in his shop. Not sure if he allows demos.....

Alaska Raft & Kayak doesn't demo boats. They'll rent you one, and apply the rental to the purchase price should you decide to go that route. I've purchased Aire inflatable kayaks and an NRS raft from them that way over the years. The Hobie they have now is a Pro Angler, which Mark brought up to show at the Sportsman's Show. I doubt it will be around after the show, but if it is he'd probably offer the same opportunity.
