My name is Paul and I'm a loud mouthed, fishin' obsessed, Hobie peddlin', fish chasin', food lovin', father to THE cutest little girl I've ever seen.

I'm married to my beautiful wife Britt (kudos to her for putting up with me and my fishing/kayaking obsessions).

I was born in Romania but grew up in the states. I received my nickname from a buddy who dubbed me the only "Romanian Redneck Ninja" in existence due to all the fishin I do and since I am trained in kajukenbo tum pai (kung fu).

I've been fishing since I can remember and owned my first (power)boat when I was 17. This year I put my boats up for sale and picked up a paddle and a mirage drive.

I joined this forum February 2012 after purchasing my first sit-in kayak. Quickly sold it and bought a Hobie Outback when I realized how fishing from a kayak made fishing more challenging and fun.

I'm always looking for an excuse to go fishing so hit me up if you want to go out!

Paul. Glad to meet you and you have a beautiful family.Make sure you cherish them as much as your addiction to yak fishing. If your up my way north of Seattle, shoot me a pm and maybe we can fish together and I'll look you up if I'm down your way. that is if you don't mind fishing with an old fart.

Thanks Allen. I know there have been a lot of posts from this newbie but I'm just having so much fun with this new "fishing lifestyle" and learning a TON from everyone on the site.

Great intro and beautiful family!

I agree. I also have a feeling that the fish now have something more to fear!
