What does huli mean?

Seems like there are some more words I can seem to identify too... just can't remember them right now.

Flip, capsize, take a swim

Is it "short" for something?

FLASHBACK!  In January on Maui, in a Kihei parking lot I had huli huli chicken to die for.  Particularly after 8 hours of shorefishing - getting skunked by everything except bait.  Damn that was fine food.
