Caught one today. Wasn't signed up for the program so I tossed it on the bank.
Everybody around here knows about it, I've talked to guys who claimed to have made over $20K catching them last year, but it's kind of like the "one that got away" I reckon. Everyone's going for salmon and steelhead, not worth fishing for pikeminnows.

there was a good write up in the paper last fall on how much money was given out last year.  some guys scored pretty big.
