Umatilla R this weekend?

Well I looks like it might be worth looking for my first Salmon of the year.  If anybody is in the area, I wouldn't mind to company.

Holy Crap!  the fish are on the move!!!!  I might just have to go tomorrow......

I hit the water on 5-11 and never even spotted a fish on the fish finder.  I caught a whole bunch of trout on accident though

The reports say there was almost 8k fish over McNary yesterday so I think I might hit the water again tomorrow.  (if i can)

Well I went back again and got skunked again.  Nobody was catching salmon at all.  Where are the fish?

I decided to change species I was after so I started chasing Bass.  I caught a few really nice fish and I got a size bump for my AOTY points.

Nice bass! I was born and raised on the east side and one of these days I need to go back home with my kayak.

That is a really nice bass.  At some point this year I want to head to the eastern part of the state to do some fishing.
