found this recipe on epicurious. It was fantastic. The video didn't have amounts to use, just wing it...they cook it in an oven but we traegered it. Done on a cedar plank

Maple glaze. about 1/2 cup maple syrup(i used 100% pure syrup) some chopped ginger, a few cloves of garlic chopped, a few tablespoons soy sauce, lemon juice. simmer in a saucepan until reduced by about half and thickened.

prepare the cedar plank by coating it with olive oil and toasting it in the 350 degree oven for about ten minutes. cut up some scallions(green onion) and lay a bed of it on the plank. Put the salmon filet on top of the scallions and liberally coat with the glaze.

Cook in a 350 degree oven about 30 minutes(depending on filet size and desired doneness) you can drizzle some more of the maple glaze on after it is cooked before serving..

good stuff! now one of my favorite ways to cook Salmon. Try it, you wont be disappointed!
