I'm not sure if customer service is a product, but I would like to rave about how well Jake at Next Adventure Paddle Sports takes care of his customers.  I recently bought two new Hobie Outbacks, an ivory hull for myself and a papaya hull for the oldest daughter.  I rigged my Outback first and tested out the layout before fitting out the daughter's yak.  When I went to install the Scotty flush mounts on her Outback, I realized the deck had sagged when it was pulled from the mold and there really wasn't a flat spot anywhere.  It actually looked like the deck was slightly melted.
I called Jake and he had me send some pictures for a warranty claim, but Hobie was taking their time in sending out a new hull.  Jake actually had me come down and traded my hull for a new one out of his stock.  This is customer service at its best.  He has shown me there are still businesses out there that value customer service more than their own convenience.  When I purchase a yak for the youngest daughter this summer, I’m definitely going back to Next Adventure.

You are right Burner. I am a big customer service kind of person also.  I have been to Next Adventure  about 5 times and Jake has never let me down. Always very helpful and always with a smile. Keep up the good work guys.
