NRS Contour experience?

Anyone have experience with the NRS Contour?

It's not an NRS product, but its something they carry.

I know there was one at ORC this year, we'll have to wait for results.

I've been wanting to get my hands on a couple of them, their GPS enabled unit can be completely controlled by an iPhone--something GoPro is just working on figuring out.

I've also heard the same complaints about the Contour as I've heard about the GoPro--when you're on the go and in action, its hard to know if you're recording or taking photos.

Amazon showed a 3.9 rating for both GoPro and Contour.  First hand knowledge is always nice though.  I'd rather have someone I know say "yeah it sucks" or "yeah I like it" as opposed to basing decisions on interwebz searching alone.
