Rev: For trout, hit Diamond Lake and bring DEET. You could troll or wind drift leech patterns or a frog flatfish. Anchored, fish Powerbait or fish chironomids with a strike indicator with the bug wand ...
For smallies, I have heard Howard Prairie is hot this year. I may be up there tomorrow and will report if I do anything more than take the Raptor on her maiden voyage.
Trout and bass at Applegate Lake. Trout can be deep; if you have a FF and downrigger, you'll be the nuts.

Lore is right about Fourmile, which has some very nice rainbows, some kokanee (deep) and some Mackinaws (very deep). Be aware of mosquitoes and afternoon winds whipping around the base of Mount McLoughlin.
