new button

can i suggest a new widget button in the email / post writing functions [ tool bar] that allows you to "undo" a mistake?

there have been several instances where i've taken a while to write an email, or something to post in a forum section, accidently hit a wrong button up in the tool bar, and lost the whole thing with no apparent way to bring it back,.,,,if you're like me, and don't have all that great of typing skills, [ speed mostly, gods kno i write way too much] you kinda get frustrated real quick...

Have you tried "cntrl + z"?
It's the keyboard shortcut for undo.
