Uh, maybe.  Ski stuff at Oregon Mountain Community, raft stuff at Andy and Bax, and fishing stuff at Fisherman's Marine.

They generally have the most knowledgeable staff of any of the fishing gear shops in Portland (unless you are talking fly angling).
