Alright folks.  We've got ourselves a friendly competition known as NWKA AOTY.  And I don't know about you, but I like a little friendly competition.

My challenge to you is to round up 9 other folks from AK that will enter AOTY.  Why you ask?  The new rules give us a chance to win some cool stuff if we can get at least 10 folks entered from AK.  If you were undecided about entering, here's an opportunity to win some cool stuff and fish with/against some fun folks in AK.

Hope to see you on the water

No matter how many times the PB's tell me I'm nuts....I still smile every time I out fish them

9th place 2014 ORC
4th place 2014 Whiskey Gulch Yak Classic
1st fish ever entered & Day 1 Champion 2013 Whiskey Gulch Yak Classic

10 is just a random number I threw out there.  But I'll kick in at least an NWKA T-shirt for the AK crew champ no matter what.

I'm definitely in...

Hoping to fish a LOT more this year but regardless, I have no problems contributing to this board!

I'm in too -- even if it means I've got to park my Revo at the mouth of Ship Creek at low slack to earn my King on the season.  That's not even fishing, really, is it?

Don't get me wrong, I'm about done gearing the yak, and will be participating this year... Shrimping opens April 15th and I plan to hit that hard right out of the gate!

Only counts if you are swinging an Alaskan Fly!

I would totally be in but I will be in Mississippi during that time. So does that mean I can proxy fish for the Alaska group. A Aligator gar could be subbed for a sturgeon, catfish for a salmon, snapping turtle for halibut who knows the possibliities are endless. Sadly though I will be gone by the end of March :(.  But I will be down in Vancouver, WA for a month in April though with my PA12 and lots of time on my hands.
