Florida Fishing

This thread has nothing to do with fishing the PNW but I had to get the hell out of Dodge with the cold weather we were having.  Here's a few local fish of SW Florida.  Good practice until I get back to start contributing to AOTY.

Redfish, Snook, Spanish Mackerel, Sheepshead

That's a Snook. Great eating but not in season.

Why no kayak?

Nice fish! Sorry we couldnt meet up. Next winter lets go to the IRL, or matlacha.

I have my inflatable but its been supper windy on the gulf.  Juggling guided trips , jetty fishing and kayak fishing. 

Rory, for sure.  That place looked great.

That sheephead could use some braces or at the very least a retainer.

Man I miss fishing In FL! Those sheepshead and macks are good eating too. Just have to ice and bleed the mack right away or it gets to strong of a flavor!

I heard BallardBrad is a snow-bird.  And he is hiding out in FL to avoid January in the PNW.  Jest saying.
