Yup, recently picked up my third kayak, an OK Trident 13 and thanks to Adam12 will likely pick up a Hobie Outback this weekend...think I need professional help.

No herring that day and the Starry Flounder made excellent table fare...definitely worth the work but I'm glad we released the smaller ones

Ha ha, yeah, it's too much work if they aren't 16 inches or more, but if you do have them, they can taste really close to halibut.

On your way to Ballard you might stop in and see Dan at Hobie Cats NW on Lake Union.  Knowledgable folks, easy to demo yaks and they provide great customer service.

Ballard Inflatables has a few left, but Ed (owner) said he's blowing thru them pretty fast. New stock at less than wholesale cost, hard to beat. Ed's just tired of kayak retail. There were about 7 when I walked in, only 6 when I walked out. Toys, I always seem to need just one more. ::)
