Selling my extra kayak?

Perhaps the paddle out of Sunset Bay isn't quite as dramatic as shooting the hole in Depoe Bay? I was excited on my first trek out of the comfort of the little cove but I did not experience palpitations! I think my first successful launch and return from PC will give me that adrenaline rush.

I prefer that little rush to my current 62 bpm.

I hope it gets many more trips in it.

Going out in the ocean has the exact opposite effect on me. My heart rate goes down. Hell some sunny days I damn near fall asleep if it is just a light rocking swell.

Noah, your a jerk for reminding me that HOW Portland could use a few kayaks to help support our troops. 

I know that this will go to a great cause and I hope that it will get a few more years out of it.  It will be in the PDX area on Saturday.
