Just for clarification (and legal purposes).  The on-the-water clinic is a "meet-up".  Everyone is expected to be responsible for their own safety and to know their own limits.  I will happily answer any questions, share what bait I have and point out the prime fishing areas and techniques but this is not a "guided" trip. All who join in, do so taking full responsibility for their actions and all consequences thereof.

With that out the way, I'm looking forward to getting out on the water with all my new friends this Saturday!
If you have questions about your gear, I'll be at the parking lot between 9:00AM and 10:00AM mooching coffee and talking story.

That sounds like fun Spot, would love to able to get in on one of those some day, I'll be down the 4th through the 8th of April and booked a guided Springer trip on PB so I expect to learn a bit there but hope to be able to tackle them in the Yak in the future.  Y'all have a blast!

I slept in.

This whole going out at night chasing women thing is putting a serious damper on my early morning fishing!

I hope you guys catch some!
I would much rather be up a creek without a paddle than down one.

So when you say chase, do you mean you actually talked to one? Or was it more of a follow her home in the dark type of deal?  >:D

4:00 and no fish porn yet? I was expecting the guys with the high tech phones to be sending it in in real time.

Oh Noah, that is too funny!

But yeah Sinker, he's probably not getting any "nookie" on the water either. ;-)

Well no fish today, but I fined tuned my troll and got into the groove.

So that being said anybody who wants to go out on the Willamette tomorrow somewhere near the Sellwood Bridge just let me know. You can send me a PM or just show up at Sellwood Riverfront park at 9 AM . Hopefully they will be biting , cause I got a fever, springer fever!!!

There were a ton of boats out there today and a good number of kayaks. I heard reports of a total of 3 caught and they were all by power boaters. Overall, very slow. But it was awesome getting to chat with everyone and spend some time on the water.
Once again, a huge thank you to Spot and Jammer for putting this event on.
