I've been keeping my eye out for a while on a good drysuit deal but can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

I'll only be using it a handful of times each year so I don't want to spend a ton of money on one.  I'd prefer to buy a used suit if possible to cut the cost down.

I'd like a size XL with a relief zipper.

If any of you have one or see one available, please let me know.

Have you tried Kayakacademy.com ? I believe they sell their rental suits. I think it is worth the extra money to get a new suit because of the warranty, though. I got the Kokatat Supernova angler suit w/relief for $479. I love it and it didn't break the bank. I went with kokatat because of all the good reports on the customer service I read from other guys on here. That is just my two cents.

There is a page I belong to on Facebook. There is a guy selling a couple dry suits. Do you have Facebook? I could add you to the group.

Hmm... check those out before spending.  There are many types of "survival" suits out there - many are meant to be work suits, generally used for working on fishing boats, etc.  They are not necessarily "dry" suits.  The ones I have worn are warm, bulky, and were not sealed at the neck, wrists, and ankles.
I would not want to wear a big, bulky, overly warm survival suit when fishing from my kayak - especially when the air temperature is above 50 degrees or so.
And personally, I would pay extra for one with a relief zipper.

The guy that is selling the suit, I don't know. I just happen to come across his post on Facebook. Here is his contact number, if interested you can call him. I know it might not be what your looking for.

Yea those look like gumby suits. Designed to keep you alive for hours, but not something you could fish in. They are "oh crap my boat is sinking in the Bering sea" suits (provided I've correctly identified them from the picture).
