Fishermans Marine Oregon City:

Just wanted to say a giant Thank You to Robert & Paul from the Oregon city Fishermans.
They went above and beyond the call to help me out, after I screwed up.

During one of their Tent Sales this last summer I purchased a pair of waders and wading boots on a closeout deal that was too great to pass up.

Got home, unboxed everything and hung it on my waders hanger in the garage with all my other fishing gear. Tossed the wading boots into provided bag and hung them up too.

Fast forward 6+ months and I decide to do some bank fishing with some friends. Grab my gear, news waders and boots and head out the door.
Everything's great until I put on the boots----------TOO SMALL!!!!
How the heck did I do that??? Boots are size 11 but I wear at least a 12 and in waking boots more like a 13.
After a VERY uncomfortable day of wading the Clackamas with boots 2 sizes too small, I decide to call and see, if just possibly, they would exchange the boots???

Now, you have to remember, I have no box and no receipt for said boots. After hearing my story, Robert, one of the managers tells me to bring them in and if he can, he'll help me out.
I walk in and 20 minutes later, they send me out the door, with an even swap on upgraded boots.
I've always shopped at Fishermans but after this, they now have one extremely dedicated shopper.

So, if you ever read this Robert and Paul, Thank You for helping a customer out when you really could have just sent me packing. You are stuck with me now. Lol
