That's awesome!! congrats.

Dinner doesn't get any fresher / better than that. Thanks for sharing and making us jealous.  ;)

My wife thinks fishing is merely guys wandering around like idiots swinging sticks in the air. Many of my trips prove how smart she really is.

Nicely done!  With most boats blanking, sounds like you had the hot boat with 2 hookups for just 1 rod.

I'm 5 trips in and nothing to show for it.  Tomorrow.....

Joe, as I recall, you had everyone beat last year on fish.  You're always number one at something. ;-)

I'm now up to 0 for 6 trips.  I saw a small evening flurry of maybe 3 or 4 fish hooked but that was it.  Weird thing is, the fish are there.  The dam stats are better this year than last....

Just makes me more determined.

Great Fish, and even better looking dinner!!  I ran into some PB folk who told me about one of my brethren who lost a fish right at the boat. From the sound of it I am assuming it was you. Glad you got that other one in the net!  I went out Saturday afternoon, saw two caught on the upstream end of Ross Island,  I had one good hit but he never came back.  Also a couple of furbags lurking around the Sellwood bridge, one of them decided to scare the crap out of me by coming up within 20 feet behind me and exhaling loudly, sneaky bugger, had it been any closer and I would have had sea lion snot all over me.  Congrats on the fish!!!
It's not the destination, but the Journey that makes life interesting!
