I have a Savage Arms Remington Magnum 7mm rifle that i would be willing to part with, not sure what the rules are for exchanging firearms in Oregon, but I would trade or take any resonable  monetary offer.

Stainless/synthetic, or wood/blue, or some other permutation?  Condition?  Extras (e.g. scope, ammo, reloading dies/brass/bullets/etc)?

Since it's a rifle, IIRC anyone from CA, OR, WA, ID, or NV (adjacent states) can take possesion in a FTF sale assuming it's legal to posses back home.  But it has been quite a while and I could be wrong on that.  That might be only if buying from a dealer.  But rules can also change, so it could be very different from the last time I looked that up probably 10 years ago.  Bottom line, look it up and don't take my word for it.

It is a standard finish barrel (not stainless), with a solid wood stock, and it does have a scope Bushnell, I also have a box of ammunition I think just 12 or 14 rounds.

I inherited it from a a close friend when he passed away and his wife wanted me to have it, but I don't hunt and I'd love to see it get some use, and bring down some game which would make my friend happy!!
It's not the destination, but the Journey that makes life interesting!

Short notice, but if anyone has an extra 'blue box' (Li-Ion battery) plus all the wirings / charger / and waterproof case for a FF, I'd like to buy one :) I'm bringing my (dry cell?  I'm a techie, I should know this), but I suspect the weight difference will be noticeable on my little revo.

I don't think you can sell to an out of stater in a private sale.  Don't you need to do an FFL transaction?

I'm no expert but I bought this blue clunky battery from amazon and it seemed fine but I thought it was a little heavy. I was trying to think of a cheaper/lighter route and I realized my drill batteries (li-ion) Would be perfect. They are super light and they have a charger...the added bonus of already having them around was
nice. They seem to work great. One battery will last all day but I bring the spare anyway.
I just toss them in a dry bag after I connect them up and clip the bag to the mast tube in the front hatch.
"60% of the time...it works...every time."  ;D

So I have this blue brick battery for sale or trade. I never took it on the water so it is practically brand new. I connected it to my ff a couple times in my living room, but it never left the house. I will make sure to toss it in my rig.

Exactly. It works great and I haven't had a problem with it so far. It was a quicker/cheaper option for me as I had the batteries and charger on hand. I didn't have to spend more money or wait for something to be shipped either.
I just crimped some connectors on the power wire and I tape everything down so it can't come loose from the battery. The wires run out of the front hatch and are secured with the rod holder cap. I have yet to drill a hole in the built in rod holder. Running the wires on the outside has been temporary...they don't seem to be in the way so I might not drill the hole.
You're welcome to check out my boat at ORC. :)

I'm going to want to see that contraption! I'm hauling around a Cabelas 12 volt brick. Not bad and a ton of juice but I'd like to simplify... Or at least make it lighter.

It would be my pleasure! It really works great. I have since found a couple similar set ups on the interwebs. I saw a guy that powers his ff with a dewalt battery. That reassured me that I wasn't crazy haha.

Looks like I need to do some homework ;)  I don't see an amp requirement on the specs, maybe FFs aren't that picky / have their own regulator?

Something like a power drill battery sounds like a better quality way to go... hmm....

Ok, must... work... resist... forum...

I don't know that it's a better quality way to go but it is totally working for me. I don't know anything about amps or regulators...I just know it supplies power to the fish finder  ;D
 Check it out for yourself!

I've got a "Fujifilm FinePix XP30 14 MP Waterproof Digital Camera with Fujinon 5x Optical Zoom Lens and GPS Geo-Tagging Function (Orange)". Works perfect, has a couple of scratches on the LCD screen but nothing major. Comes with at least one spare battery, maybe two if I can figure out what I did with the second one :) I'd like $90 for the package

I have a pair of Boomerang pliers with the built in retractor, a garbage bag of closed cell foam blocks, and a crapload of small ziploc baggies that are perfect for coiled leaders or whatever. (Foam and ziplocs are freebies.)

   So much stuff.............
