Ling, I thought about that... but I don't really want fish juice and water stuck under it.  Thinking that, if I do it, I want to be able to take it off to clean it well.  hmmmm.... thinking, thinking, thinking...

One thing you can do instead of attaching a poly cutting board is to put one in the storage box and a couple dish cloths. When you need it, wet the dish cloths, put them on the box, and put the poly board on top. The board won't slip and you'll just have to throw the dish cloths in the washing machine from time to time.
Relax. You'll live longer.

Nice setup Rev! After you get the cutting board figured out you need a hose and water tank to clean everything up and hose down gear. I bet Insayn has some ideas!
