Hey All

Today is your last day to mail out the waiver/registration paperwork and checks,  but you can still make payments via PayPal and you can turn in the documents at Jack Block Park before launching.

I'll likely be out there Friday fishing.

Yaktrap and I picked up two pinks today off Golden Gardens.  Had a couple of other take downs.  I picked up a small 3 lb king mooching. No more world records today.   A couple of other kayak fishermen out there near the green can.  One guy picked up 2 pinks throwing a pink buzz bomb. It's all about getting it in front of them.  Good luck out there~

Weather so far is looking good for tuna, so I'm unlikely to make this event.

We will have waivers and regstrations at Jack Block, but I would suggest printing and filling it out ahead of time and just turning them in to save you sometime.

       NEWS FLASH

I just got a call from my employer on the slope (Prudhoe Bay) and they want me up there tomorrow for a new project.

Because the money is soooooooooo good......I won't be able to make the HUMPY CLASSIC this year.

I hope all of you that do participate have a great time--catch lots of big fish--and contribute more effort for the HEROES ON THE WATER and all their projects.

This job may only last 4 to 6 weeks so I will still get in on some salmon fishing here in Washington. Maybe hunting season too before I go back north for building ice roads. To be determined.

Have fun all---keep posting reports with lots of pictures. I'll have to fish vicariously through you for a while.

Have fun and be safe out there........

                                                     Mark
