I also think the humpies won, at least in the sense that they avoided a higher mortality rate than I think all of us were hoping for.

Lack of fish aside, many thanks, Dino and everyone else in organizing the event.  It was great to see everyone out there on the water and put some faces to names.

Thanks Dino and all who worked so hard to put this event together. It was great meeting so many of you.  I probably should have just paddled my new ride home as my truck broke down about 1/2 miles from jack block.  Can't wait to try out the new Wilderness ride 135.

Thanks Dino and team for a well organized event. Thanks to all the sponsors and donors as well! It was fun and I am glad to have met at least a few of the folks. I had to leave early and was planning on returning later with the kiddo but that did not happen. Hope to fish with you all again soon!

As always, Dino and crew knocked it out of the park.  Another great event, if only the pinks would have cooperated!  Unfortunately I had to leave early and missed all the awesome prizes!!  Next time!

Sorry man I saw you parked. I thought you were adjusting your kayaks. If I saw your hood up I would have stopped. Hope you got it working and home safe.

I saw you stopped, but thought I heard you say you lived really close.  Didn't think you were broke down.

Another great day on the water.  You don't always catch fish.  That's why we keep at it.

Great job Dino & Crew.  This was the first kayak fishing tournament I took part in and it was great to see so many kayaks on the water.

I still feel lucky to have lost a fish yesterday but I'll have you know that I redeemed myself on my paddle back from Jack Block to the boat launch.

Big thanks to Dino and the sponsors.  It is a lot of work to organize and run such an event, and I don't think Dino even got on the water.  Thanks for the dog and salmon.  It was fun to put faces to names, now I just need to remember them.

Everyone who had a VHF radio needs to check their transmit button - somebody's sticks, and we all heard EVERYTHING.  :)

That person had a down rigger, so I thought it was a local boater sitting on his transmitter :)

Thanks guys,

Long story but ended up with a AAA tow back to Granite Falls.  Still was a great day.  I'll be hitting the snohomish once the truck is back.
