50HP Honda 4-stroke outboard for sale. I finally sold my power boat, but the guy just wanted the boat and trailer, which was fine with me, so now I need to sell the engine.

This motor always worked great for me. I've had no problems with it. I only took my boat out 6-8 times per year and I don't troll much so the motor hasn't had a ton of hours put on it. I took a yearly trip to Nehalem Bay and that was the only saltwater it saw and I always immediately hosed it down and did a cooling system flush with fresh water after leaving the bay. It has power trim which has been really nice for lifting the motor or trimming out at speed.

Comes with: Honda fuel tank (works fine but the cap is broken so rain can get in if it's not covered. New cap is almost as much as a new tank unfortunately). Fuel line between motor and fuel tank with inline fuel/water separator, tachometer, trim gauge, keyed start, manual and original Honda toolkit. Also has pull-start for emergencies. It is currently set up with hand control but can be converted for use with a steering assembly. It is the normal shaft length (i.e. not long shaft) which I believe is 20 inches.

The prop only has 2 outings on it since it was fully serviced at AmPro.

Last time it was run was about 2 months ago, ran great as usual. I don't have an easy way to fire it up at the moment but I can figure something out if it's a necessity.

NWKA price is $3200. If it doesn't sell this week I'll list it on Craigslist next week a little higher than that.
