Signed up and started reading the Safety thread. Any nearby lakes with sufficient clarity to be interesting? Did you take lessons?

And the Brazilians won't be chanting my name lol. I'm fighting a Brazilian. I'll be the enemy walking into that arena. But I'm cool with that. I'm just there to kick his ass, piss off the crowd, and collect a pay check.
Ha Ha! I love it!  I'll be rooting for ya.

Spearfishing/diving is definitely on my list of things I will be trying.  Thanks for the report.

Mike ,   Great write up !       Totally stoked to hear your experience with that yak.

OK,, the only Brazilian joke I know is the one about Dubbya sitting at a war cabinet meeting.
An aide comes in and announces that 3 Brazilian soldiers just died in Iraq.  " Oh my god,,, that's terrible, awful, how could that happen ? "  George reacts emotionally.  :o   Everyone wonders why such an  exaggerated response.     Then he leans over to Condolezza and asks,,,  " How many  in a Brazillian ? "

I love freediving & this has got me going. The weather looks like it might cooperate on Saturday, so hoping for good viz. Gonna hit Cape Arago lighthouse around the same area as 2 weeks ago. Didn't take long to get a limit of BRF last time. Gonna hunt lings this time.
