Has anyone been trolling plugs for Willamette Coho, either lower or upper?

I've been twice in the last week around Oswego/Milwaukie, trolling Wigglers and Wiggle Warts, with no success.  I am spotting plenty of fish though.  However, I don't see anyone even fishing?  Any thoughts?

Any ideas of where else to take the Yak around Portland?

You can also try the mouth of the tualatin but I haven't been out there this year.

The mouth of the Molalla is a good spot sometimes, too.  I have not tried this year either.

From what I gathered, they're in the tributaries by now. I hit the Yamhill and the Tualatin, but I had no luck. This time of year, the Santiam is likely the best bet. Pink wiggle wart or or orange fox with gold blade...that's what the old timers told me.
