I knock on wood as I post this: http://magicseaweed.com/Lincoln-City-Surf-Report/316/

7 feet at 9 seconds.  Hopefully, July 12 will be much better that the Father's Day weekend option which was considered.  It was a close vote.

Looking like a good call at this point! The crazy wind can't last another month...Can it?
See ya on the water..

The worst conditions I ever fished in were at Roy's tournament 2 years ago. 10 foot swells and 25 mph gusts. Not that I want to do that again, but just saying!

What? Where's your sense of adventure?

It was pretty wild at Roys tourney when I made it down to the first one.  Wind wasn't bad, but the swells got pretty sporty.
Lot of folks packed it in early, and of course Dana stayed out by himself till the last minute to make sure he gets his full spread of fish to win the tourney.  ;D

Oh boy do I remember that one.  The FF would tell me I was in 25-28 feet of water and a second later it would say 42-44 feet repeating the pattern for a long time.  It was exciting to say the least.

Let's hope we don't have to need to hear the word "Nautical" this year...

It's all fun and games until Rawk resorts to telling you to use the sun to get back.

Does one need to be a Hobie Team member to go to Amasterdam if they win this tourney?

I think so…

my wife is going to Amsterdam about that time, be nice to follow both our passions at the same time…

and wake Hobie up to some needs we need with operating HOW…

it's right before my Costa Rica trip so I had better get my ducks in a row quick
