Just reserved my site at SB state park site A28.  Looks like it's going to be a great turn out.  There are 8 sites with power and 4 sites with full hook ups left.  Roy you are really stepping it up this year.  For you newer guys this is probably one of the easiest ocean launches on the coast.  Looking forward to another great event.

Was thinking about reserving the cabana at Bastendorff to do the weigh-in and potlock/awards ceremony. There is a cleaning station there and i think it has electricity. What say you guys that know about that place?

Well, our decision has been made for us. Nothing is available at Bastendorff either except campspots(for those looking for spots to reserve).

We will have the festivities at the grass area at the launch like in years past, we just need to try to commandeer as much as that area as possible by moving all the picnic tables closer to our spot.

Gonna reserve the group camp at norton and the kiosk right at the beginning of the 9 month window for next year to make sure we have it...
See ya on the water..

Roy, I hope there's still room for an old man from Texas as I just got reservations at Sunset Bay SP for the 20th thru the 25th. Thought I might join yall for a little deep cold water fishing. Any openings for your get together. Art

Of note, if you're on the fence about this, take the plunge, sunset bay is beautiful, the launch is awesome, and unlike Depoe, it's not full of obnoxious boat traffic.
