I've driven the 70 mile round trip too many times checking on the status of this rudder to make another trip just for this.  I've PM'd my address, and would like a refund of the difference between what I paid $1559 (receipt attached in PM) and the msrp of a Malibu stealth 14 without the rudder.  and we can finally put this one to rest.

Well, that was a lot of work.  Glad it's finally resolved.  I often tell my employees, "as soon as a real issue comes up, get on the phone or meet in person."  Email doesn't help in strained situations.
