Got out yesterday for nice relaxing trip. I decided to give Clear Lake a try for some kokanee.  It is a great little lake with a lot of willing fish.  I was able to stack the downrigger and fished two lines, one at 37' and another in-between 25-30'. Three fish on the deep line and two on the shallow. Fishing was certainly not off the hook or anything but I got in the water at a nice lazy time of around 9 am and had my limit before 3 pm.  Lost a few fish and had a number of bites that did not hook up.   I understand that the lake gets crazy later in the year with the power boats, so it might be a midweek morning deal, but if you are looking for a nice little productive lake this might be your ticket. Would be a great lake if you are wanting to get dialed in on Kokes, one fellow was in a pontoon trolling with no downrigger and was able to put fish in the boat..  All the fish were between 11" and 12" and were quite delicious.

Time to start thinking about MA11 salmon.

Fish on the right side that's where the fish are! John 21:6

I am no longer a dealer for Wavewalk but if you ever want to paddle one let me know!
