Fall Salmon Season is almost upon us.

Whether you're a kayak fishing newbie or an old salt, this is a great chance to learn new strategies, share proven ideas or simply meet other local kayak anglers.  As a special guest, we'll have Phil Pirone (owner of Pro-Cure) on hand to share his depth of knowlege on curing bait and choosing the right scent for the conditions.
As always, Hoggs will be open late to give you a chance to fill in those holes in your Fall Salmon tackle selection.

Presenters:  Mark Veary (aka Spot)
and Special Guest, master scent mix-ologist, Phil Pirone
When:   Tuesday August 12th at 7PM
Where:  Jo Mar Hoggs Hardcore Tackle
362 SW Oak St. Hillsboro, OR 97123
Admission:  FREE!!!

Awesome video, I am glad you edited out the part where you stain your sheets.

Fall Salmon is one of the best times of the year for fishing in the NW, and Spot has it dialed.  Listening to one of the Pro-cure guys give a talk last year got me playing a bit more with scents and once I figured it out, I never came home empty handed.  You do not want to miss this clinic.

I prefer Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - in that order.  Looking forward to this clinic. I haven't tried my hand at fall salmon yet. Has to be more productive than spring...

One of my goals is to land a salmon from the kayak someday.  My schedule is hard to work around so go for it and I'll try to make it if I can.  Thanks for the seminar -

I will definitely attend.  Can't make it on Aug 3-4 but any other day I could probably make it up to Hillsboro.  I wish the wind would settle down on the ocean to give us a few more opportunities to fish, but maybe seminars are a good way to pass the time with the N wind show.

Thanks for putting on an informative clinic!  Really appreciate the knowledge sharing!

I would much rather be up a creek without a paddle than down one.

OK guys, Phil is doing some charity work next week and won't be available until the following week.
With that in mind, would Tuesday August 12th work for y'all?

Let me know and I'll get a date locked in ASAP.

Thanks!
