I bet it would be pretty easy to have some pennants/flags made at one of those sign places, like Fast Signs, on outdoor banner material.  No idea what they'd charge for a small run of them though.

I would go in on a group buy if the price is right...

Are we talking flag and a whip pole or just the flag?

At places like Bimart you can buy a bike flag and pole for about $10-$15.  Slap an NWKA sticker on each side and your set.. NWKA kayak flag.

Alternatively we can have some custom printed from a place like the following..
http://www.gettysburgflag.com/Bicycle_Flags.php
prices very depending on the number purchased, the number of colors printed, and whether you print on both sides or not.

Depending on the material/construction...  ~$20.

I found a company that can make pretty much anything we could dream up: http://www.gettysburgflag.com/

Personally, I would prefer a grommeted flag so that I could use it with my light pole setup.  This company does offer flags mounted to a whip pole as well (think kid's bicycle or four wheelers in the dunes).

Looks like Bsteves and I went to the same place...  If we did a run of ~20 basic flags w/ logo's I think it would be easy to be under $20.  I would suggest just using the NWKA part of the logo (w/ the kayaker, no fish) and making it larger for visibility/readability.

For $15 TO $20 I'd be in!

I really need something like this for Buoy 10 and the Tillamook Jaws!

ANy pix of the catch????

No catch that day.  Unless you count the looks I caught from some of the power boaters.   :D

That's not a fishery I'd recommend to a novice.  The boat traffic is heavy, the winds can be insane and the amount of water moving around is enormous.  I checked with the CG before paddling out, knew the shipping channel and had alternate landing sites in mind.

Ghetto style........

a flag mount can be made out of a 1' PVC slip fitting and a 1" 45 degree angle with a small piece of pipe added.this will slip into the OK type flush mount rod holders, just add some reducer pieces and glue a flag pole in.
