Haha! Yeah that picture was kinda tricky thanks to a 2 foot embankment directly behind me. I told him to either squat down or his head would be cut off. :) Excellent parking for kayaker anglers along hwy 226 right on the Siletz around 1 mile east of hwy 101 or so. If you go just past the storage container around 1000 feet to the east, there's great put in for kayaks with a little trail, small drop off and short grass area. Pretty nice to get it for free and be right on a great stretch.
BTW.... we were fishing more then just eggs below the bobber. Any guesses on what other bait(s) we would use?? Just for fun.. Whats your guess???

Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent

Shrimp or Shrimp 'n Egg cocktails?

Hot dog chunks.  Those things are deadly.   ;)

Dang! I forgot about those. The trick is to only use kosher dogs because the cow was properly bled first; and brine em up with a little anise. I think Craig said that he likes the cheese dogs best, but I've never had any luck with them.

I'm guessing a chunk of sardine with your eggs.  Am I right, Am I right? ;D
Might go try the Siletz again, so any additional help would be welcomed.

The combo we've been having the most success on the Siletz has been eggs, sand shrimp and tuna belly
