Raymarine Dragonfly 5.7

I have a line on a smoking deal for a lightly used Dragonfly 5.7.  Does anyone have any time on one that could chime in on how they like it?   There are a lot of reviews online, but I haven't found many from anyone that has used one for any length of time.   

I can't speak to the performance, but I didn't like the interface. Not many buttons that do what you want it to do quickly  = lots of scrolling through menu options. If you can mount it close, the features and performance appear to be pretty dope. If you pull the trigger tell us all how you like it.

I like it a lot.  I had a 5 inch and upgraded to a 7 inch screen.

Thanks for the link.   That was the kind of feedback I was looking for.

I agree that menu scrolling is tedious.   The C-120 on my PB is like that.   Lots of menus, sub-menus, and sub-sub-menus to wade through just to change one setting.   

The command buttons on the Dragonfly are very to use.  My previous unit was a Lowrance Elite 5 Combo.
The menu's are simple and easy to access. 

Last Thursday I was fishing for Dungeness Crabs in Half Moon Bay in the Bay Area.  I was using the GPS most of the time, creating / deleting  waypoints and tracks.  I was constantly moving my crab pots looking for productive areas.  Finding and retrieving my traps was a breeze.

Last Saturday, I went out for RF and Lings in Carmel (Monterey Bay).  My goal was to find new reefs.  The Dragonfly delivered.  I found new reefs and was seeing school fish marks.
