Well, duh! for me.  I need to finish my coffee before I start typing.  John does boats, don't know his feelings about kayaks, but I'd doubt it.

Try http://www.southcoasttours.net/popular-tours.html (dave@southcoasttours.net).  Dave's exclusively a kayak guide and he does Rogue River fishing trips.  I know he's a very successful guide for his Port Orford Heads marine trips.  Dave's a nice guy, and if he doesn't fit your schedule, he'll point you to a guide who would.
